One Cool Customer
9 April 2008While working at GEICO in New York, we had a customer who was crying on the phone and was transferred for me to handle. She had just become a widow and living in Pennsylvania. The rules and regulations in that state for insurance require all documents to be filled out. She had no idea what to do with the papers sent to her. I stayed on the call for more than an hour to help her get it all done and asked her to send it to my attention. She instead brought it to me personally with flowers and chocolates to say thank you! She was one Really Cool Customer!
